Congratulations on your Sensica purchase! At Sensica, we strongly believe in product quality and every Sensica device is subject to rigorous testing for quality and performance.
Our limited 2-years warranty covers defects in the materials or workmanship of your Sensica device.
What is covered by the limited warranty?
The warranty covers only Sensica devices. Other Sensica products such as pads or creams are defined as consumables and therefore excluded from warranty coverage.
This 2-year warranty covers manufacturer defect-related problems in your Sensica device if you purchased it directly from Sensica website. or from authorized partners shown at the bottom of the page
Who is entitled to the protection of this warranty?
Only you, the original purchaser of the Sensica device are entitled to the protection of this warranty. Sensica may require that you prove that you are the original purchaser of the Sensica device by having you provide your invoice or receipt from the purchase of the device.
How long does the warranty last?
The limited warranty begins on the date of the purchase and expires 2 years later. Claims filed after 2 years from the date of purchase of the Sensica device by you are not covered. Sensica may require that you prove the date you purchased the Sensica device by providing an invoice or receipt that specifically lists the date of purchase of the device. The warranty period is not extended for any period during which the Sensica device (or any parts thereof) is in repair, or if they are replaced by Sensica during the warranty period.
What is not covered by this limited warranty?
This limited warranty does not cover damage, defects, or failure caused by abuse or misuse; improper care; impact or insertion of foreign objects; vandalism; improper storage; improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair; application of harmful chemicals; Acts of God, fire, or water; abrasives; negligence; failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions; use in combination with adaptors and/or equipment other than provided by Sensica; use in any manner or for any condition other than that for which the product is labeled; loss of the Sensica device; normal wear and tear; alteration; overuse; professional use; or commercial use.
What will Sensica do if my Sensica device is defective?
In order to obtain warranty service on the Sensica device, please fill the form enclosed. If defective, we will repair or replace your Sensica device.
If we confirm a defect covered by this limited warranty, we will, at our option, take one of the following actions: (a) replace your Sensica device at no charge with either a new or a refurbished Sensica device that is the same as or similar to the Sensica device you purchased; or (b) repair your Sensica device at no charge using either new or refurbished parts.
If we find that the defect in your Sensica device is not covered under this limited warranty, we will notify you about the service alternatives that are available on a fee basis. If we find that your Sensica device is not defective, we will notify you and return your Sensica device to you.
You must obtain a Sensica Return Authorization Number before shipping the Sensica device to Sensica Inc. You must also comply with Sensica instructions concerning shipment and the materials that must accompany the Sensica device (such as the invoice that proves your status as the original purchaser and the date of purchase and the Sensica Return Authorization Number). It is recommended to use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. Please note that by not following these recommendations, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
All limited warranty services must be authorized and performed by Sensica or a service provider authorized by Sensica
Warranty limitations & disclaimers:
Sensica LDS’s responsibility for malfunctions and defects in Sensica devices and your remedies for the breach of this limited warranty is limited solely to the repair and replacement of your Sensica device as set forth in this warranty statement. The express limited warranty set forth above is in lieu of all other express warranties including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for any defect of the device.
In no event shall Sensica Be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, incidental, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of use or charges for substitute equipment) regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based even if Sensica Has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In the event that the remedies set forth in this warranty are held to fail of their essential purpose or if Sensica Is held to be liable for damages on the basis of any legal theory, in no event shall Sensica’s liability for damages exceed the wholesale price of a single unit of the device as of the date that the cause of action accrues. You assume all risk and liability for loss, damage, or injury to you and your property and to others and their property arising out of the use or misuse of, or inability to use, the device except to the extent caused directly by the negligence of Sensica This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or implied warranties, so the above disclaimers and limitations may not apply to you.
NOTE: if your device is under warranty with your local distributor it will prevail over the above warranty terms.
